• Instructional and Contextual Data: Information provided by teachers such as lesson topics, grade levels, and teacher-defined student identifiers used for in-system reference.

The platform does not require real names, full legal names, student IDs, or any other sensitive or personally identifiable student information. Student identifiers are fully controlled by teachers and may consist of nicknames, abbreviations, or any arbitrary label (e.g., "Duda" or "Student A"). These identifiers are treated as symbolic references and carry no intrinsic personal meaning to the platform.

How We Protect Student Data

To strengthen data protection, any teacher-defined student identifier is automatically masked before data is sent to AI or third-party services, being replaced by a neutral internal token (e.g., "Student 1"). Only non-sensitive, anonymized data is processed externally. Internally, Liza maps responses back to the original teacher-defined identifier before presenting results to the teacher.

How We Use Your Information

All data collected is used solely for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our AI assistant services for teachers.
• To personalize your experience and improve app functionality.
• To generate and store student performance data for educational tracking.
• To communicate with you about your account or app updates.

All non-sensitive data collected is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, with transparency and clearly defined retention policies.
